大学在学中から、テレビコマーシャルなど映像撮影に関する仕事に数多く携わる。
グアムに移住した後、銃のライセンスを取得。グアム島内にある、観光客のための実弾射撃場や射撃ツアーに関するポータルウェブサイトを運営。アメリカならではの銃に対する考え方やマナーを、ブログなどを通して伝えている。
また、自らもシューティングマッチに参加しながら、海外からのツーリストへ向けて、安全な銃の取り扱い方をはじめ、射撃を指導している。

Tamotsu Ito began his career in media production while still a university student, working on numerous television commercials and video shoots.
After relocating to Guam, he obtained a firearm license and has since operated an online portal introducing live-fire shooting ranges and shooting tours available to visitors on the island. Through his website and blog, he shares insights into American firearm culture, etiquette, and safety practices.
In addition to his media work, Ito actively participates in shooting matches and provides firearm safety instruction and shooting guidance to international tourists, promoting responsible gun ownership and safe shooting experiences in Guam.
